PECFA Contract Notification and Site Reporting

This Web-page was developed by PECFA to provide you with tools for a more efficient and effective reporting process. Below are a variety of links that will either direct you to the reporting application where you can enter and submit all required information directly on-line, or will provide you with tools that may help you to complete the reporting more efficiently. These reporting requirements are a result of the implementation of the revised Chapter Comm 47, Wisconsin Administrative Code, implemented May 1, 2006.

Comm 5.10 (1) (a) 12.j., Wis. Adm. Code provides the ability for PECFA to deny, suspend or revoke the PECFA registration for any consultant who "Failed to submit a required notice or report to the department, within the required period of time".
